Title: Marketing Support Specialist
Timings: 2 PM -11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Experience: 3- 6 Years experience
Location: Plaza ONE, Next to PSO pump, Main GT road near DHA Phase 2 Gate 1, Islamabad
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day marketing, content, and operations tasks. This role involves supporting content development, lead generation and research activities, updating CRM reporting, content scheduling and distribution and ultimately website maintenance. An external Marketing support specialist role, this will be a key to market development and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Organize, manage and grow lists in Mailchimp, SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify
- Execute daily and weekly activities to grow existing lists and develop new lists using LinkedIn, Apollo.io and other platforms
- Potentially identify new content channels, and recommend better/alternate tools for lead generation
- Maintain Processes and Procedures for list maintenance and use
Marketing Research
- Monitor named competitor marketing channels, highlighting significant announcements as well as reporting on any new marketing techniques we should consider
- Use Google and other tools to gather market intelligence from general sources, and newly rising competitors
Content Generation, Scheduling and Distribution
- Working with internal resources generate refactorable content to be used in varying forms for blog, LinkedIn and email marketing
- Create a Custom GPT to learn our marketing style to accelerate our ability to produce 'right first time' content fragments to support lead nurturing
- Develop content calendars for each distinct Prospect list, collaborating with internal resources to develop topics, and regular cadence communication plans for each
- Follow approval process to ensure all materials meet company standards, and agreed channel objectives
- Manage distribution of content via multiple channels
- Create PDF and offline visuals, slides, and marketing assets using appropriate tools (Canva, Adobe)
- Produce Case Studies and Stories from material gathered by Sales and Consulting organization
Search Optimization
- Be aware of, and leverage SEO techniques to maximize searchability of published content
- Develop GEO (Generative engine optimization) strategy to ensure popular AIs are aware of our products and return them in AI assisted search results
- Be aware of other methods of content promotion in wider channels such as LinkedIn and suggest appropriate investment to widen brand awareness
Website
- Develop and recommend website overhaul plan to create more engagement
- Published and maintain revised website content
- Extend depth of website content using developed marketing assets
Marketing Tech / Outreach
- Evaluate, suggest, recommend outbound marketing tools to simplify, manage and streamline content distribution
- Identify industry resource sites and events that company should participate in to raise brand awareness
Other duties
- Support other recurring marketing and operations tasks as assigned
- Assist in pipeline monitoring, lead tracking, and basic sales analytics
- Support sales enablement by preparing proposals, pitch decks, and collateral
- Document all adopted processes, report on failed/abandoned processes
