Title: Junior Recruiter (HR)

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Location: Main GT Road, Near Phase 2. Gate 1, Islamabad (PSO Petrol Pump)

Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and assist in interview coordination.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a smooth candidate experience by communicating updates promptly.
Support employer branding efforts and recruitment outreach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
